Artes is currently the exclusive importer and distributor of the makes Renault, Dacia, Lada and Nissan in Tunisia. Its partnership with Solware Auto started back in 2010, when the company chose incadea.engine to replace its former DMS solution.
In 2019, Artes decided to migrate its DMS to the latest available version: incadea.dms Business Central. This migration was entrusted to Solware Auto. Due to the peculiar situation of the Covid-19 crisis, the project teams have adapted their methodology and redoubled their efforts to go ahead with the implementation of this new solution.
The involvement of the teams of Artes, Solware Auto and its Tunisian partner (DMS Consulting, under the supervision of its manager Adel MEJRI) allowed them to insure a successful GoLive on January 4th, 2021.

This new version offers various advantages and innovations, such as modules and Add’ons, which are designed for the digitalization of the job of car dealer. This project also includes the implementation of the new “Dealer Portal i2i”, a product which will allow Artes to simplify the interactions with its network, for an optimal distribution of the spare parts in the country.
