For the year 2023, Solware Auto’s Gender Equality Index reaches 93/100.
This index is calculated based on four indicators:
Regarding pay equality, the Gender Pay Gap Indicator between Women and Men at Solware Auto scores 39/40.
- Regarding the rate of pay increases, Solware Auto scores 35/35.
- Indicator for the percentage of female employees who received a pay increase in the year following their return from maternity leave: not calculable as there were no returns from maternity leave during the reference period.
- 2 women are among the top ten highest earners, scoring 5/10.
This totals 79 points for a final result of 93/100.
It is worth noting that we currently regret not having any women among the traveling executives, but we also note that they represent few applications during our recruitment processes.
Solware is committed to promoting the recruitment of women in the Information Technology and Automotive sectors where they are structurally underrepresented.
The Gender Equality Index is an indicator created by the French government to measure gender equality in companies. It aims to evaluate disparities in pay, individual rate of pay increases, rate of promotions, the percentage of female employees who received a pay increase in the year following maternity leave, and the number of women and men among the top ten highest earners.
Displaying the Gender Equality Index score is mandatory for companies with more than 50 employees in France. This indicator allows companies to become aware of the state of gender equality within their organization and to implement concrete actions to promote equality.
By displaying the Gender Equality Index score, companies demonstrate their commitment to gender equality and their transparency regarding the current state of their organization. It also allows employees and customers to better understand the values and practices of the company.
